• a) Fee is to be remitted in the UCO Bank, The Mall, Solan for classes VI - XII.
    • b) Fee is to be remitted in the Catholic Syrian Bank, Rajgarh Road, Solan for KG - V.
  • The twelve months tuition fee is to be remitted as indicated below:

  • These dates will be strictly observed. If the payment is not done, a fine of Rs.100.00 will be charged together with the next installment. In case the Fee Book is lost or misplaced, a duplicate fee book must be obtained immediately from the School Office against a payment of Rs. 50/-.
  • Parents should ensure that the Admission Number, Class, Section and Name of the student are duly entered in the Fee Book in order to avoid inconvenience.
  • The school will not be responsible for the payment not credited to the school accounts due to inadequate / erroneous entries in the fee book or any other reason.
  • A delay of payment beyond two months renders a pupil liable to be struck off the rolls or a re-admission fee will be charged subject to availability of seat.
  • No deductions are made for vacation or broken periods. Fee once paid is not refundable.
  • Fees are subject to revision at the discretion of the Management.
  • Pupils will not be allowed to sit for any of the examination unless all dues of the school are paid up to date.
  • No Transfer Certificate will be issued unless all sums due to the school have been paid in full.
  • Fee has to be paid as long as student's name is on the roll. Students leaving school in December must pay the fee for January and February.
  • Legal action will be taken against parents whose children leave school without clearing their dues.
